[Talk-GB] TfL Cycle Infrastructure Database (CID) conflation

Have a look at the alignment of :
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/10282554742
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/10282561555
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/10282561767
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/10282561651 (on Henniker Gardns, which has previously been mentioned)
* https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/10282506906

I've found these by eyeballing the area on osm.org, and looking for crooked roads. In every case there is a ref:GB:tflcid node in each incorrect bend.

I have not carried out any checks in other areas, or carried out any sophisticated searches looking for new ref:GB:tflcid nodes that coincide with bends. So the above list is probably non-exhaustive.
