Hi Adrian

I'd be happy for the wiki page to be revamped, but think it's useful to
keep a list of which NLS layers can be used with OSM.

Regarding the editor layer index, I previously asked for the NLS tile
server addresses to be updated and cicku suggested all would eventually be
removed from there as cicku thinks they have no legitimate use in OSM [1].
I disagree obviously!
