[Talk-GB] Status regarding the 'A8(M)' near Baillieston, Glasgow

Copying other maps???

I cited Bing Streetside imagery (a source used in OSM, which is integrated
into the iD website editor) as a source, which clearly shows the motorway
start sign being M8. (See attached link in the original post)

The other was the DfT count stats, which listed it as being the A8, however
I doubt this because the motorway is signed as the M8 when leaving the
roundabout (see attached link regarding that too in the original post).

I hope this explains my concerns regarding the current numbering of the
spur.
