[Talk-GB] Identifying new-ish housing estates

No you don't. It all gets lumped on the bill from the water supplier. I was
with South-east Water & was blissfully unaware
that the sewage provider was Thames Water until Russ pointed out the HoC
data. So I looked at my last bill & there it was.
