[Talk-GB] Getting Potlatch3 to work

Hi all,
Anybody want to spend their day instead of watching the TV, helping me get
P3 to work again - Yes, some of us still use it ? 😁
All good, until a new HDD fitted ... prog runs but won't download data or
any background.
Richard Fairhurst offered a few suggestions but none of which had any
effect.
