There's likely a few `amenity=post_boxes` with C19 priority tags that 
I'd suggest leaving:

* The labels are (mostly) still on the boxes (ground truth)

* With the Royal Fail deciding to re-label ALL collection plates with 
the same times, the C19 priority box tags give a small indication that 
the box is close to the depot, and gets a regular service.

After discussion on this list, the C19 tags were variously:

   `sample_collection=covid19`
   `post_box:priority yes`
