[Talk-GB] 2024 Q1 Project: Fixmes and Notes

Somehow we're already a month into 2024!

Lots of notes have been reviewed and closed. Thank you to everyone who
has been working on this.

I particularly like to see new notes answered quickly, I think most
users who open notes/comment on websites will check back for the first
few hours/days, but then move on and forget about it. If they see there
note actioned, we will have a positive impact on their view of OSM. :)

We've had "mapping chats" a couple times in the past, a group call so
we can talk about the current QP, future Quarterly Projects, and
mapping in general. Would anyone be up for another? I know I enjoyed
them.
