[Talk-GB] Slightly OT - old versions of OS OpenMap

Hi Mark,

mySociety has cached a copy of the April 2020 version of OS Open Map Local
– vector as well as raster: https://parlvid.mysociety.org/os/

Also, I have copies of the vector version of OS Open Map Local from October
2016 and April 2019 saved locally. I am happy to upload those to a publicly
accessible Google Drive folder.
