Unfortunately, OS StreetView was never downloadable via a direct link - 
you had to create a one-off link via their online ordering system (which 
has now been simplified, fortunately). So it will never have been 
archived like that.

I was hoping that someone, somewhere, might still have the original data 
zipfiles (not the tiles), and could make them available if they're not 
already online somewhere. I am aware that's a bit of a big ask!
