[Talk-GB] New walking route: Tamar coast to coast

Hi all,
There's a new signed walking route along the Tamar on the Devon Cornwall
border. I don't think there's any new actual pathways. It shares some
routes with the Tamar valley trail

What is the position of copyright with maps. Can a Relation be created by
comparing brochure maps with footpaths already in osm? If they are created
by a council or other public body is there some kind of assumed license in
the UK??

If anyone wants to map it before me, go ahead, I will probably look at it
sporadically
