[Talk-GB] tagging suggestion - cart and wagon repair

The historical term would be "wainwright" (see
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wainwright_(occupation), or cartwright.
Wheelwrights were a separate craft, but more numerous. As the surnames are
common I don't think it's too obscure to use one or more of these as tag
values with craft=*. "wagon" might be ambiguous because it's often used as
a synonym for lorry / truck, so I'd stick with carriage or cart (French
does offer hippomobile).
