[Talk-gh] [HOT] Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana Address/Street Data

Hey guys, we can orgainize to meet in Accra and see how we can get in touch
with these dataset from the street naming addressing exercise and upload
them unto OSM platform. Can lead with the negotiation to get the data due
to having worked with some of them on the Street Naming project within 10
districts.

Any ideas are welcomed!
