[Talk-gh] Mappers needed for AccraMobbile3

Hello Mappers,

Hope we're all doing great.

I've started work as the lead and only mapper for the AccraMobile3 [1]
project.

Additional 2 mappers are needed. Kindly let me know as soon as possible if
you're interested and ready.

Please note that basic OpenStreetMap knowledge is required. This project
heavily makes use of relations [2].
