[Talk-gh] Ghana New Regional Boundaries Import

Hello OSM Community,
I hope this email finds you all well.I write this email in respect of the above stated subject. For those who may not be aware,  
Friday, 15th February, 2019 the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, concluded the constitutional mandate of creating six new regions, bringing the number to 16 in the country.
However, since that time the number of regions in Ghana on OpenStreetMap remains to be ten (10). I have recently acquired the shapefiles of the new regional boundaries (16 regions) and would like to consult and collaborate with the OSM Community to safely update the regional boundaries through an import.
