[Talk-gh] Trotro.app team needs volunteers

Mappy New Year 2020!

The Trotro.app team, all volunteers part of the Trufi Association e.V.
using transport data and GTFS such as from the AccraMobile3 project on
OpenStreetMap to create a Free and Open Source Software that can be
deployed and reused in any city.

The team is currently looking for local volunteers from Ghana to support
Trotro.app in many ways.
