[Talk-gh] mapping road smoothness=* in the Eastern Region for research

Hello and Happy New Year,

I would like to draw the community's attention to an organized mapping 
activity in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

This mapping is mainly going to focus on adding the smoothness[1] tag to 
highways that have been survey/observed as part of this research.
