Hello,

It's not easy for us and the world in relation to this subject [1]. When 
I received a call about it, the first thing I did was trying to find the 
location but was unfortunate.

Now you can find it in OSM, good quality and recent imagery is not 
always available on our part of the world but I managed to put something 
together here [1] in OpenStreetMap

The data might be useful and also should recent imagery becomes 
available the impact could be better determined via Geo Analysis / 
re-modelling, etc...

Go ahead, try something with the data; both pre-/post- as some 
maps/visualizations.

Looking forward to what this raw data could be turned into.
