Hi Enock,
I have a observed the Maxar updates in Accra as well. I've seen developments which are not older than 6 months on the Maxar Premium Imagery.

 Hello,

If you haven't noticed already, Maxar Premium Imagery around Kumasi,
Ashanti Region have been updated to some extent.

If you are mapping in/around Kumasi you might want to stop using Bing as
primary reference for new data and also re-use as much old objects you
can for new ones instead of deleting them via Replace Geometry [1] in JOSM.

Looking at existing data (most building footprints; thank you
User:Sammyhawkrad), GPS traces, Street-level images and Bing which have
been used extensively, there's a little offset off `1.06; -0.61` that
should be applied when using Maxar Premium in Kumasi, this of course is
not final or might not be the case for outskirts; may be a starting
point when you are not sure.

You can always check in JOSM via the Imagery Offset Database plugin if
there have been some saved offsets, here is a great quick start [2] on
how it works.

It would be nice to also know the recency based on local knowledge of
what have changed or can be seen from our nearest environment.
