[Talk-gh] Reasons to stop using Bing imagery as primary reference in Accra

Hello,

Bing imagery is by far the most used and likely the default in editors 
such as iD.

Here is a quick comparison [1] of why we need to stop using Bing for 
adding/aligning data in OpenStreetMap within Greater Accra Region for 
the moment.

If you are planning organised mapping activities in Accra or outside, 
first thing to look at is to conduct some extensive comparison of 
publicly available imagery,
GPS traces, etc before deciding on which to use so that data added to 
OpenStreetMap is useful.
