[Talk-gr] Mapping the Refugee Crisis

Hello Greek mappers,

we are a small group of OSM mappers, some uf us also volunteers from the 
Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team. In response to the refugee crisis 
taking place in Central Europe we created a map with relevant POIs. 
http://u.osmfr.org/m/55091/ The data is crowsourced as well as from 
official sources. Our second aim is to connect volunteers and donators 
to organisations.

Our next task is mapping infrastructure and focussing on refugee needs. 
We are member of the Digital Humanitarian Network 
http://digitalhumanitarians.com/ and collaborating with various NGOs. 
The data will soon be available on the Humanitarian Data Exchange 
platform hdx.rwlabs.org

So far we have concentrated on Central Europe and the Balkans and will 
expand to Greece now. That´s the reason we are reaching out to you. We 
need help with field and remote mapping and people with good local 
knowledge of Greece, especially of the Aegean.
