[Talk-gr] Preveza buildings

Hello List,

I'd like to upload many buildings inside Preveza downtown, residential
landuse[1].

I used Microsoft opendata [2] and manual adaptation, included some highway
realignment based on Strava traces.

Please, let me know if osm file [3] could be an improvement or its quality
is not advisable, due to shapes, worthlessness etc.
