[Talk-hr] Road network improvements in Croatia

Hi Murad,

Your post made it this time. This mailing list is "offical" contact, but we
do use Telegram channel often: see https://osm-hr.org/openstreetmap-hrvatska/

I remember there being some issues previously with Bolt users
incorrectly mapping oneway streets if I recall correctly (and maybe
some other issues), but I do not know if it was resolved. 
Perhaps the persons who noticed that problems could jump in with more details?

Local guidelines are documented at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Croatia
and links at the top (in Croatian only, sorry). Mostly regarding road
classificaton, public transport and hiking/cycling routes. 
I think most of the other stuff is straightforward OSM usage.
