[Talk-ht] Mapping Request: Mapping Radio and TV Stations _ Help needed!

Hi,

I'll take care to add it to the OSM Haiti wiki. Lets define there how to 
do a first import (probably automatic, there aren't a lot of already 
mapped radio stations, I guess, but we should check first) and how to 
update the data from Sandras master list later.
