The "main map" on www.openstreetmap.org does not have provisions for 
regionally different style sheets and it does not make sense to change 
the world-wide OSM map styles. (Pharmacies, schools, and hospitals are 
rendered at the higher zoom levels if they are tagged according to 
normal OSM rules.)

For the special map at http://haiti.openstreetmap.nl/, I'm sure that
User:Ldp (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Ldp) can accommodate 
your requests.
