Hi,

seems like the resolution of CIA haiti-tlm-50, when accessed via:
http://hypercube.telascience.org/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/home/ortelius/haiti/haiti.map&request=GetMap&service=wms&version=1.1.1&layers=haiti-tlm-50&format=image/png&srs=epsg:4326&exceptions=application/vnd.ogc.se_inimage&
within josm has considerably degraded.

Previously it was possible to f.e. read village names (admittedly
with some problems (f.e. accents)). As of now the names are completely
unreadable and other detail vanished too.

Should another server be used or is CIA haiti-tlm-50 deprecated?
