Hi,

Yes, please find here
    http://www.guggis.ch/haiti/paho-v4.new.osm
the list of new facilities in the OSM master list (based on v4). Feel 
free to upload invidual hospitals from this list. Be careful with 
uploading the list in one go, though. There are too many hospitals with 
identical positions.
