[Talk-ht] Publicize OSM Haiti to French speaking users

Hi,

A new open mailing list "osm-haiti" has been set up to help potential 
new OSM contributors for Haiti in their own language. (Initially, and 
maybe also for broader discussions.)

You are warmly invited to join, by mail at 
osm-haiti+subscribe at googlegroups.com
or by visiting http://groups.google.com/group/osm-haiti

A suggestion is to introduce yourself with a short message saying in 
particular where you are located, in which time zone, and which 
languages you could use for replying to help requests and/or understand 
offline for possible translation and forwarding.

For example, for me, it would be:
Jean-Guilhem Cailton, Toulouse, France, UTC+1
could reply in French, English and Spanish
could also understand German


Attached is a small text in French inviting to use and contribute to 
Haiti OpenStreetMap. You can disseminate it to your French speaking 
contacts, especially to Haitians. You are welcome to add your name in it 
if you agree with its content (in which case I would also appreciate a 
notification, CC-by-SA licence :) .)
