[Talk-ht] Haiti Health Facilities Master List v5

Dear all,

after the v5 import into OSM we are now down to 26 cases of potential 
duplicate entries for health facilities. These cases have been 
identified by OSM mappers because two or more facilities are located 
close to each other and because they have similar names.

If you want to check and fix them in the PAHO master list you may have a 
look at the following report:
