hi !

i ask today some german organisations [1] and give them my adress in 
time - but i did not have any access to the osm-infrastructure to create 
a new one like gps4haiti at open.....

on the otherside it would be nice to have if someone create a small 
programm with check the mails, put the data in a webfolder so everyone 
can access in "realtime" - you now what my idea is ??
