[Talk-ht] haiti.ushahidi.com and OpenStreetMap background

Hi,

I see on http://haiti.ushahidi.com/ a background map which, to me, is 
clearly OpenStreetMap, with terms of use that link to 
http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/help/terms_maps.html.

This is of nature to make lay people think that the background map is 
Google maps. (And indeed, several press articles mention this, including 
BBC News and Le Monde.fr)

In my humble opinion, it also does not abide to OpenStreetMap licence :
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Licence

Hoping this is only a leftover of a crisis situation,
