[Talk-ht] Crisis mapping forum

I found the crisis forum http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=43.
Now I'm a forum person and although I appreciate the fact that it's
confusing to have two points of information exchange, I do believe that a
lot of OSM contributors are, like me, more comfortable using a forum rather
then a talk-list. Anyway, now it's there so let's see if and how it takes
of.
