[Talk-ht] Haiti: extended high res imagery, hurricane Tomas, and cholera

Hi Kate,

It is the same data from the January time frame, so the permission given 
by Digital Globe should apply 
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Haiti/Imagery_and_data_sources#DigitalGlobe). 


Do you have any reason to think otherwise ?
