[Talk-ht] Imagerie Drone

Bonjour,

j'ai rajouté le lien pour l'imagerie Drone sur le site de Josm. Donc si 
vous souhaitez l'utiliser et voir les zones concernées, allez dans les 
préférences de Josm, onglet WMS/TMS. À votre droite, vous avez 2 flèches 
qui forment un cercle, cliquez dessus pour mettre à jour la base de 
données des Imageries, et ensuite dans Fournisseurs disponibles: 
descendez jusqu'à trouver HT Imagerie Drone (Haïti).
Sur la carte à droite, vous pouvez visualiser les zones concernées et 
zoomez dessus si vous le voulez.
Il faut ensuite le rendre actif par le bouton Activer qui se trouve au 
milieu de la page.

itilize ak wè zòn ki afekte yo, ale nan preferans JOSM, WMS / TMS tab. 
Sou bò dwat ou, ou gen de flèch ki fòme yon sèk, klike sou li nan mete 
simagri a baz done, ak Lè sa a disponib nan Founisè: desann jwenn HT 
Imagerie Drone (Haïti).
Sou kat jeyografik ki adwat la, ou kapab wè zòn ki afekte yo ak rale si 
ou vle.
Li ta dwe Lè sa a, fè li aktif pa bouton an activer an nan mitan paj la.

I added the link to the Josm website for imaging Drone. So if you want 
to use and see the areas affected, go to preferences JOSM, WMS / TMS tab.
To your right, you have two arrows that form a circle, click on it to 
update the database Imagery, and then available in Suppliers: scroll 
down to find HT Imagerie Drone (Haïti).
On the map to the right, you can view the affected areas and zoom if you 
want.
It should then make it active by the Enable button in the middle of the 
page.
