Dear Vladimir,

Please, DO NOT USE Google Maps (or any other map that you are not permitted
to reproduce freely) as source for OSM. Never ever. Under no circumstances.
Nikada. :) It's not about taking land, it is about putting OSM into
copyright issues. I hope you don't want to get OSM to be sued by Google, do
do you? (Google Maps is not accurate in some places, for the very reason
that they can detect if somebody copies it.)
You can, however, look up the fundamental laws of a country, the country
borders are usually written in there. (You won't find a detailed map,
probably, only a precise and detailed description.) But... believe me,
country borders in OSM are pretty accurate nowadays, so you probably won't
need to fix them. ;)
