State of the Map Southeast Europe, 25-27 October, Prizren

Dear fellow mapper,

FLOSSK, an NGO based in Kosovo is organizing State of the Map Southeast 
Europe on 25-27 October in Prizren, Kosovo, a conference focused on 
OpenStreetMap and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). 

Mappers and GIS and computer science students and professionals are welcome 
to join us.

Around 150 participants will be accepted, those who register first at 
http://sotmsee.org will have the advantage of being selected.

Feel free to share and invite your friends, local communities and those who 
might find it interesting.

Attendee registration is free and includes sleeping, meals and organized 
transport* from Tirana, Skopje, Podgorica, Belgrade and Prishtina but you 
have to register.

The application deadline is October 18th.
