Rövid válasz: NEM, azóta sem tudok feltölteni.
Hosszabb válasz: írtam az általam fellelt nemzetközi címre, amelyen az 
alábbi levelezést folytattam (az utolsó levélre már nem érkezett válasz):

I've found only this:

/Accounts which are more than four days old and have made a few simple 
edits are automatically promoted to the 'autoconfirmed' group.
We can set this up to give you slightly more rights to do things, the 
idea being that really nasty vandalism might be carried out by people 
who keep coming back creating new accounts. Uploads and moves are 
restricted until you have been autoconfirmed. /

You write to contact them through the wiki, but in vain I searched for 
anyone, I could not find such a person. If you know where this page is 
please write it to me.

I'm not sure what the exact rules for autoconfirmation are
but they exist for a reason, to limit what new users can do
as a spam protection.

Please take this up with the wiki admins or alternatively
just wait to be confirmed which is kind of the whole point
of the autoconfirmed status.
