[osm-hu] Road Network Improvements in Hungary

Does the Bolt Team have the official licence from Bolt Technology OÜ of the
data used (but not disclosed)?
If tracks are not disclosed, how can OSM prove that their usage are legal?
Does Bolt Technology OÜ have the licence of using (gathering and storing)
tracks (even anonymized) of their transport services from their passengers?
(As tracks can be connected to the passengers as personal data.) Is this
conform to EU GDPR rules?
