[Talk-id] Problematic edits/imports: Likely Garmin-derived data

In February Frederik happened across some imported geometries
(http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-id/2012-February/000088.html)
around the island of Sulawesi Selatan, created by anton_jakarta. He deleted
this, but I've since found more by the same user.

The following appear to be imported Garmin data (see
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/69373020/history for an example way)
and almost certainly need to be deleted for copyright reasons. Also, at 337
tags that way has the dubious distinction of having the second-highest
number of tags on a way in the database.

I propose redacting the following changesets as they are imports of what
appear to be Garmin data (from a polish format file, used to generate garmin
.img files) or claim to be based on Google. Most have been deleted but some
remain, and the redaction will also remove them from the full history.

Changesets: 5302791, 5303477, 5308479, 5311313, 5311345, 6374824, 6374908,
6374935, 6375189, 6375449, 6376769, and 6377748

I'm contacting the user, but don't expect a reply as he is no longer active
and I don't believe Frederik got a reply.
