[Talk-id] Duplicate uploads

I was having a lot of trouble with an upload.

JOSM was saying that the OSM API was unavailable for about 20 minutes.

Then there were version conflicts after that.

The the changeset was closed.

The issue was with about 330 nodes.

Can you provide some advice?  Do I download the area again and validate it?
 Check it through?
