[Talk-id] Another set of problem buildings

Hello Paul,

Thank you for telling us for this. I will contact the user ASAP.

About more frequent uploads, it's not the best solution since most of
community also works offline at their home. So they just come to partner
NGO office, download OSM, load imagery, and digitize from their home
offline. Then tomorrow they coming back to upload. I already told them to
update the data first before they upload, then solve some conflicts, after
that, I told them to upload in chunks (advanced configuration).
