[Talk-id] Odd changesets, maybe imports

These might be imports or might not, but
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/16710275 needs looking at as
well as the area

The person has used name=Sawah for all the fields, name=Danau for the lakes,
etc.

Also, the place names are all in caps.

Could someone contact the user?
