Hello Paul,
looking at the changesets, I think that his first changeset 
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/24587111 could be acceptable: 
village health centres (puskesmas) and village offices (kantor 
kelurahan), though I'd prefer amenity=clinic/townhall instead of 
building=hospital/office.
Sadly, no source of the data is given, its copyright may not allow for 
its use with OSM.
