[OSM-talk-ie] 1200km of driving, 1000km of logs :/

Working on some of this now - somebody has imported that shoddy
version of the border that we were talking about in the pub. For now,
my best strategy is to drag bits of it around to match the known
reality on the ground. Unless anyone has a better idea...
