Ah, okay! No, I don't think any of the N7 works are near completion.
They all look like they're still in the heavy-digger stage, I think.

I think that's it. The best I've managed is to find a daft.ie listing
for Carrowkeel as Lisnagry, which is where the new ring road starts.
Parkway roundabout is definitely on the old N7.
