[OSM-talk-ie] Talk-ie NooB says hello

Hiya!

Great to have you on board. If you find JOSM a bit complicated, there's 
also Potlatch a simple flash editor. Just zoom in on an area and press 
the Edit button on the main www.openstreetmap.org map. I actually prefer 
potlatch for a lot of things. :)
