[OSM-talk-ie] Permission for names for Dublin Bus bus stops?

Hi,

The person mentioned is Derry O'Leary, strategic planning manager with Dublin Bus - derry.oleary at dublinbus.ie (publicly available).

Dublin
Bus has about 5,000 unique, active stop (numbers 1-7,500 approximately
 - be careful not to confuse them with bus shelter numbers), Bus Éireann
about 5,000. Others I'm not sure.

The permission issue here is
not the use of the names (freely available at some stops), but the use of the database of names. I have a
copy of the stop database, which looks like:

stop_lat,zone_id,stop_lon,stop_id,stop_name,location_type,stop_code
53.35739073,,-6.2877174,8220DB000801,North Circular Road,0,801
53.42459794,,-6.234893927,8240DB003663,Airport Terminal 2,0,3663
53.39038589,,-6.278349237,8220DB000131,Glasnevin Avenue (Beneavin Drive),0,131
53.28904008,,-6.339471376,8230DB002554,Glenview Park,0,2554

I will check on the permissions.

Colm
