[OSM-talk-ie] Fingal Council working with Lesotho urban planners - Using OSM - Please assist

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know I've created a job [1] on HOT's [2] Tasking
Manager for the mapping of Maseru, Lesotho northern suburbs.

Fingal are working with local Lesotho urban planners to assist them with
urban planning as over the years a number of illegal developments have
sprung up around the capital but there are no maps of these places and
therefore no services supplied to them e.g. sewerage etc.

I would appreciate any assistance you all could give in mapping this area.
This will be the first HOT job of what will hopefully many more over the
coming months.

Personally, I think this is a great way for us to do some outreach and help
grow an OSM community from scratch the local planners look to use OSM as a
major part of their future planning efforts.
