[OSM-talk-ie] One townland spread across two different areas

Thanks folks and perfect example Mark

I went back and deleted the smaller of the townland relations and then
added the ways into the end of the larger relations and re-applied outer

I was worried that it wouldn't show a closed loop within the relation
editor if I did this but no, it correctly showed to separate closed loops


All perfect now
