[OSM-talk-ie] Import of Placename Database of Ireland

I can try to contact Pat McKay and Kay Muhr who used to work on the project under Mícheál, if that would be helpful. I knew others in Land and Property Services (formerly Ordnance Survey) who could have helped but, in the nature of Civil Servants, they have moved on.
