[OSM-talk-ie] Help with upload error message with josm upload ResponseCode=412 , Error Header=<Precondition failed: Way requires the nodes with id in (28645983, 28645984, 28645986)

I've just got this error message when trying to update josm edits:
The error message is:
ResponseCode=412, Error Header=<Precondition failed: Way requires the nodes
with id in (28645983,28645984,28645986), which either do not exist, or are
not visible.>

Any ideas how to fix this?
